Event Description
The American Chronic Pain Association is a peer oriented support group open to any persons and their families that live with chronic pain. The main emphasis is helping those with chronic pain go from patient to person and regain their lives.
The Tracy Chapter of the ACPA will meet every 1st & 3rd Monday of each month @6:00 PM.
Meetings will be held at Healthy Connections, 35 E. 10th St.,suite C; Tracy, CA 95376.
