Event Description

I know that January is pretty synonymous with "New Years resolutions", with losing weight / working out / eating healthier / etc. being at the top of the list. So if you're as anxious as I am when it comes to smashing your 2012 goals, then I invite you to TAKE ACTION by joining us over at The Sweat Shop and starting off the new year by hitting the ground running! NEW boot camp classes that start up Monday, January 30th and here's the rundown of all the AWESOMENESS that you can expect:

I have put together a program, my F.I.T. System (Full-body Interval Training), that is designed to... 

 

  • Build Strength
  • Increase Metabolism
  • Firm & Tone Muscles
  • BURN BODY FAT

 

Our 4-week classes include 12 FAT BURNING workouts, a before and after assessment, nutritional plan that will help you SHED TOXIC WEIGHT (I feel that this is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of ANY health and fitness program), access to the Community Site that is EXCLUSIVE to boot campers, online workouts and an EXCEPTIONAL support system consisting of your fellow boot campers and ME! :)

Classes are located at The Sweat Shop, 23725 S. Chrisman Rd in Tracy. Again, the NEW CLASSES start January 30th and the schedule is as follows: 

 

  • MWF 5:30a - 6:30a (ONLY 3 SPOTS LEFT!)
  • MWF 9:00a - 10:00a (ONLY 1 SPOT LEFT!)
  • MWTh 4:00p - 5:00p (STILL 8 SPOTS LEFT!)
  • MWTh 6:00p - 7:00p (COMPLETELY FULL!)

 

Classes continue to fill up with ACTION TAKERS, so be sure you reserve your spot HERE so you don't miss out on all of the NEW WORKOUTS that I've designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!

Not only will we be kicking butt with the tough bodyweight and light dumbbell exercises, but we will also be including the following:

  • Medicine Balls
  • More!!!

 

We NEVER do the same workout twice, and as you can see, we have quite a few toys at our disposal which will aid in achieving your goals and keep the program exciting. Not only do I pride myself on the exceptional service and product that I provide (which was voted as "Best of Tracy 2011"), but I also LOVE how our classes bring so many different people together, forming a family environment where we all root for and push each other to be successful.
