I Have an question.
Dear City of Tracy and TUSD,
Why do have you run sprinkler systems when we know it's gonna storm rain and waste water????
$$$$ down the toilet!!!!!!
I wonder if it might just save a few dollars back into our city and schools to switch the sprinkler system off for a few days during the storms.
Or maybe its better to create muddy fields so we can spend more money repairing the parks grass and the new soccer fields.
Just a thought!!!!

That would be a great idea if we were not so use to making things simple. Prob. would cost to much to have an employee go turn it off and then remember to turn it back on. We live in such an automated society that we just get into a habit of letting things just go the way that they are.
