I just finished reading Not My Daughter by Barbara Delinsky. It was great and would totally recommend it.

Hey Mike.  HP for sure.  Other authors I've enjoyed but not necessarily "Teen" books are :  Simon R. Green, Jack McDevitt, Robert Jordan, George R R Martin, James Rollins, Michael Crichton and Neal Stephenson.  My son has read PenDragon and I think he liked it...

Welcome Scott!  I have been meaning to read more Sci Fi....Fantasy, "Pendragon" and Harry Potter" apply, I suppose...loved them both.  There are lots of great "Teen" novels to read....so many books, so little time.

Currently reading everything by Jim Butcher : Codex Alera series, The Dresden Files, etc).  Anyone else in Tracy read Science Fiction and/or Fantasy?

I talked with Galen (Barnes & Noble) last week and Robin has to be scheduled via her publisher. This can be done, but, is more time consuming. I suppose, we should just have a meeting...what evenings are good? I spend most Friday nights at B&N...maybe an informal meetup there in the next couple of weeks? June 4? 11? 18? 25?

OK, Barnes & Noble has ordered the books, and will be setting up the display and advertising for Robin Burcell's book signing. Still without a date, but, it will be soon. I know I have been holding out for this for the first meeting...but, I have a feeling after this we will be on a roll....

OK, Robin Burcell (a member of this group and best selling author) and Tracy Barnes & Noble are deciding on a day for signing! This will happen soon....as soon as I know the date (or Robin can post it here), I will let you know. The signing will be a kickoff to more regular meetings...I hope.

Update: Robin will be setting up a time for her book signing in Tracy Barnes and Noble. I'll let you know when it is....I am still reading "The Bone Chamber" (the office move is consuming my brain). Excellent adventure...

FYI...Robin Burcell emailed me today. She may be signing at the Tracy B&N. I'll let you all know when this will be, we can have our first (or second) meeting there?!! :-)
