Yikes!!! Sorry so long... I am quite busy lately but I am sending out an invite to all of you to come and work out with me on Wednesday and Friday evenings at 6 pm, plus a new Saturday 10 am and 11 am class.
(except for this coming weekend cuz we and Auntie Loke's group are at the Dry Bean Festival and at Great America.)

Aloha everybody!!! Aloha, everyone!!! I got most of my chores out of the way. I am offering a free uniform for anybody who signs up for classes and joins our Hi-Phi (Hawaiian Phillipino) Kempo System this month. If you refer students to us and two of them sign up, you earn your choice of a pair of Official UFC gloves or a pair of Century Mixed Martial Arts Gloves (Orange/Black, Red/Black, Blue/Black, Silver/Black, Pink/White). Also, we offer Hula class, Tahitian class, Belly Dance Class, and classes for guitar, bass guitar, piano, 'ukulele, and vocals.

Aloha!!! Sorry I am taking so long to post... I am trying to build up my self defense class. Please come in on Friday and kick out with me and then do some Hula/Tahitian/Belly dancing with us. The fun starts at 6 pm every Friday. I have to mention that there are classes going on Monday through Friday. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Hi Keleko and all,
If you or any of your group would like a WaveMaster free-standing kicking/punching bag ... I can let ours go for $80. Both of my kids are now black belts in TaeKwonDo and blue belts in Shaolin Kempo...and are grown up and out of the house. So we don't need it anymore.
