I once read a fitness article titled ‘1000 Crunches and Still No Abs!

 

It was probably the 6 most descriptive words describing the frustration most people are experiencing all the time in the quest for 6 pack abs.

 

One of the BIGGEST mistakes made when trying to lose fat from your midsection is simply doing a bazillion-and-a-half abdominal exercises.

I think I really did it this time.
 
No, I'm not in any kind of trouble :)

I've discovered a new way to burn more
fat and get my clients a flatter belly.

As a holistic fitness coach, when people come to me,
the number one thing they ask for is to help them
get abs - a flatter belly.

Now, since I like to read TONS of research and experiment with
different workouts,exercise and nutritional strategies I tend
to use myself and my clients as Guinea pigs.

Recently I shifted my focus on finding new and faster
ways to drop more fat off the mid section and to find
a better way to get my clients flatter, more defined
abs.

And I'm pretty sure I've discovered the ultimate flat belly formula.
Now, the reason I'm so confident is because since I've used my
secret formula my clients are getting amazing results from this new belly
flattening training system I've discovered.
 
They love it because the results come fast, the belly fat
just falls right off and we could see really noticeable results
in less than 30 days and amazing results in less than
90 days.

But I need to test it out with people who have never
been through my training programs, and that's why
I'm writing you...

I'm thinking of doing a "beta test group" where I would
work with a group of people who want to lose weight, burn belly
fat, get definition and flatten your abs and I plan on
tracking everything so I can quantify REAL results from
people who I have never worked with before.

I'm putting the final pieces together for the program and I'm only
going to accept 10 people into this group.

So, if you think that you'd be interested in being a test
subject (yes a Guinea pig :) in my group then

I'm putting the details of the program together in the next few days
or so and then it should be ready to do for the group.

committed to losing unwanted pounds and inches while burning some

The other night I saw an infomercial for the Bowflex Treadclimber TC5000 which is like a combination of a treadmill and elliptical machine in one that helps reduce joint stress and claims to burn 2 x the calories than on a regular treadmill due to their 3-in 1-technology (which I’m still not sure what that means but it sounds pretty cool doesn’t it?) and that you’ll get more results with less effort in less time…

Now, I’ll admit that I’m all for time efficient workouts that produce better results than traditional high volume training. However, at times during the infomercial I noticed a block of fine print that quickly flashed on screen.

The fine print is so small you practically need a telescope to read it and the text is white which they cleverly blend into a white background making it barely legible…Also, that fine print is on and off the screen in the blink of an eye so unless you’re one hell of an amazing speed reader with the vision of the bionic man you probably won’t even notice it.

But, thanks to the creation of the DVR I was able to take a closer look and I was shocked at what the fine print said…
