I found out that the new place I'm working has a "jam session" every Tuesday at noon in one of our conference rooms--one of my coworkers brings a *bass-fiddle*--a *big one*... another has a hammer-dulcimer and another has a violin. Occasionally a guy with a banjo drops by and a guitarist drops by. I'm thinking about bringing in my guitar to join the fun.

Had a chance to listen to some cool flamenco/fusion guitar and some bluegrass fingerpicking when I was in Colorado last week. Even tried playing a banjo. Interesting instrument.
