Bridgette,

What a scary situation that must be for you. I'm sorry that you have to go through this. But you know that GOD is in control and that the Holy Spirit is watching over Jerry. I will pray for him and you and also ask my womens Bible study to keep you two in their prayers. Just keep trusting in the LORD and HE will give you the desires of your heart.

"For I know the plans I have for you" says the LORD. "Plans to prosper you and not harm you. Plans to give you a hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

Please pray for Me and my son Jerry. I don't want my son to use the stove in school at 9 years old. He is autistic and won't understand he needs supervision. I need prayers because I am trying to get VMRC to get him the IQ and cognitive tests they should have done when he was 5. I need him to get out of this class and be taught from k up. Thank You.

I have been a Christian for some time now, but really only came to know the Holy Spirit within the last 7 years or so. Before that I would pray that God would comfort me or quiet me, but then my Auntie Agnes told me of how she holds her hand out when she is scared or lonely and how she feels the Holy Spirit holder her hand. At first I thought she was a bit looney!
Some time ago I had an appointment at Kaiser for pains that I was having in my head and the doctor mentioned that I may have had a bleed in my brain. Panic set in and so did so much fear! My family was there with me and even though they were praying for me and comforting me, I still felt very scared and very alone. Then I remembered what Auntie Agnes said. I prayed and I held out my hand and asked the Holy Spirit to please let me feel His presence, to quiet me with His love and to take away the fear. I had my eyes closed and just kept on concentrating on our Lord and then I felt it..His hand holding my hand. The feeling is beyond anything I can ever explain! Even now, writing about it, I get chills-the good kind of chills!- all over!! I closed my hand over His and the fear went away, I was calmed and knew That He was there with me and that He would always be with me!
The tests all came back and I was fine, no bleed, just lots of stress and anxiety. I was so happy to hear the good news and it was such a relief. Being human, I soon forgot all about the good news that the doc gave me, but I will never forget the feeling that came over me when the Holy Spirit helped me and comforted me and told me how much I was loved!
Hold out your hand, ask Him into your life, and to feel His loving presence. I love you Lord God Almighty! All praise and glory to You!

Us Warriors have been way too quiet lately! We need to get on fire for our Lord! Tell us how you first came to know our Lord Jesus and how your life has changed, or tell us of a time when you knew for sure that the Holy Spirit was there with you..let's lift each other up and encourage one another!

I have loved every single Bible verse that all of you have mentioned as your favorites-well, how could I not love them..they are our Father's Words!
Hearing God's Words gives me chills! He is so wonderful, so loving, so amazing, and so true to His Word!
Just think how wonderful it will be when we finally go home to heaven and Jesus wraps His arms around us!!!!
More chills!!!!!!!!!!! I love You Lord Jesus!!!

One of my favorite Scriptures is Ephesians 3:20 "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us."

GOD is able to do for us not only what we ask or desire of Him in prayer, but also even beyond what our imagination can perceive. This is all depending upon the degree of the Holy Spirit's presence, power, and grace operating in our lives. It's not about someone else or something else it about you and your relationship with GOD. The Holy Spirit is the power source, are you connected to Him?

God loves Cities, He has a plan and destiny for each one. He gave me the verse Isaiah 62:1 and had me put California for Zion and names of cities for Jerusalem. IS 62:1 is my commitment to intercede. He gave me Isaiah 60:18 to stand as a Warrior and declare over the cities. I have a map of CA and as he puts cities on my heart, I pray this verse over them and declare His Kingdom shall reign within their bounderies and people. I also have a map of Tracy, and pray over her Gateways and areas that He puts on my heart. God has a plan for the city of Tracy and I am excited to be apart of it!

"Because I love Zion (CA), because my heart yearns for Jerusalem (Tracy), I cannot remain silent. I will not stop praying for her until her righteousness shines like the dawn, and her salvation blazes like a burning torch". Issiah 62:1 NLT

"Violence shall no more be heard in your land, nor devastation or destruction within your boarders, but you shall call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise" IS 60:18 AMP

The City's gates are usually the entry/road ways into the city. I've went to some of Tracy's gates and prayed this prayer. What an awesome experience! God is Good!

One of my favorite Bible verses is from 1 Corinthians 2:9 " No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him".

I will be 50 next month, & time is going by so quickly. Most likely I will not be here on this earth for another 50 years, but I know what is in my future... eternally in Heaven with My Jesus & my loved ones.

For those of you who are jealous of celebrities , with their great looks, fame & money, just think... if they do not accept Jesus, this will be all that they have.. for this short time here on earth.. so today Rejoice in The Lord, knowing you will be spending eternity with Him.
