- Hi Amber. I'm a new resident of the Central Valley but the area is not exactly new to me as I have friends and relatives in the Tracy, Stockton areas and also in the Bay Area. I own several businesses and so I'm on a quest to learn more about the Central Valley, its communities and residents. I had been a City/Urban Planner in Southern California for about 20 years and so regional growth and people interest me. I hope to be a contributing member of the Tracy Island community.
