Every year, around Christmas Realty World Corral Hollow RE adopts a family in need. This year’s adopted family is a single mom with 6 kids, ages 3, 5, 6, 11, 12 and 14, all girls. I believe so... it would more likely less than $8,000... But I think, as long as you are using FHA financing, you would be eligible for a tax credit on a second home as well. Your loan officer can give you a more detailed info.
