Cook once, eat all week

When I fire up the Q during the week, it's often to cook a "supply" of food that will last the week.  Family schedules are crazy so my wife and I often don't have time to cook a full meal during the week.  This week it was chicken breasts.  Pretty much a blank slate food that serves many purposes.  Eat it on it's own, with salad, pasta, sandwiches, etc.I was just curious if anyone else does this, and what you like to cook when you do this.  I like chicken, tri-tip, & pulled pork for this…See More
