- Hi my name is Keri Dowell and my husband with our sons have lived in Tracy for nine years now. We enjoy spending time with sons, going to local parks, camping and going to Karate at James Reeds in Tracy. I am Farmers Insurance Agent here - and I love my career which lets me be with my family and meet really wonderful people here in the area.
