6:32 a.m.: A person reported a car was stolen from the 2800 block of Georgia Drive within the past 30 minutes. The person left the car unlocked while warming it up with the keys in the ignition. The car is described as a grey Nissan.
(Carjacking Tracy style - We unlock the door and leave the keys in the ignition. Hell, we'll even start the car for you.)

1:01 p.m.: Someone stole a man’s lawnmower and blower while the man was working at Texas Roadhouse

Local government is doing the right thing but, unfortunately, we're not talking about Tracy.
The Dublin-San Ramon Services District that supplies water and sewer services voted Tuesday night NOT to use a budget surplus to pay bonuses to District staff. The District had raised rates and the higher revenues produced a budget surplus. A proposal was made to pay District managment bonuses of up to $16,000 per person.
