About Me: Tell us a little bit about yourself, your family and what you do for a living
I am a Certified Fitness Trainer through International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT), as well as being a Specialist in Sports Nutrition (ISSA). I have been involved in the fitness industry since 2001, as It started out as a hobby which turned into my passion. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing that I am able to make a difference that will greatly improve someone’s health, as well as ultimately helping them to prolong their life. It is that very reason that has motivated me to start Healthy Fit Boot Camp. The boot camps will allow me to reach more people and help them to achieve not only their fitness goals, but also some of their life goals.

If you’re interested in something more private, I also offer 1-on-1 personal training.
