There's a great website I'm a part of, www.care.com. There you can list all of the services you provide, from housekeeping to "care gigs", like running errands. If you're interested in signing up, click "are you a care giver?" under the Search Now button on the Care.com home page.
It will allow you to look for jobs in the area, as well as let those who need your assistance find you! I use it for babysitting and pet care.
